These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and tojbet ("tojbet", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tojbet website at tojbet.app and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, and account management features. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on tojbet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
"Platform" refers to the tojbet website (tojbet.app) and all services available through it. "Account" means the individual user account created upon successful registration. "Wallet" means the PKR balance held within your tojbet Account. "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification. "Bet" or "Wager" means any sports betting, casino game play, or other gaming transaction placed through the Platform. "Prohibited Person" means any individual under 18 years of age, any individual accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited, or any individual who has been self-excluded or whose account has been suspended.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. tojbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using tojbet's services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any bets.
Each individual may hold only one (1) tojbet account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, household, or shared device may be subject to suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of bonuses. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration. tojbet is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the user.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tojbet login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. You must notify tojbet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
tojbet is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its anti-money laundering and player protection obligations. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport) and, where requested, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have restrictions applied to deposits, withdrawals, and bonus eligibility. tojbet reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where KYC documents cannot be verified to our satisfaction.
All deposits to your tojbet Wallet must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. tojbet does not accept third-party payments under any circumstances. Deposits are credited in PKR and all Wallet balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. tojbet aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, but reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the completion of any KYC, anti-fraud, or responsible gaming review. tojbet is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors including mobile wallet providers or banks.
tojbet reserves the right to reverse deposits, void bets, and withhold withdrawals where deposits are found to have originated from fraudulent, stolen, or disputed payment sources.
All bets placed on tojbet are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type, as published on the Platform. tojbet reserves the right to void, cancel, or suspend any bet or market where there is evidence of data feed errors, match irregularities, suspicious betting patterns, or any other exceptional circumstance that compromises the integrity of the market.
In-play bets are accepted subject to system availability. tojbet is not responsible for bet acceptance delays caused by network latency, device performance, or third-party data providers. Settlement of bets is final once completed; disputes must be raised with tojbet support within 30 days of settlement.
From time to time, tojbet may offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, or other promotional incentives to users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the bonus is offered, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until wagering requirements are fully satisfied. tojbet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing matched bets on opposing outcomes to guarantee a profit, or any other form of bonus manipulation — is strictly prohibited. tojbet may void bonus balances, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

tojbet reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending and settled bets, withholding of withdrawals, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any tojbet content without express prior written permission from tojbet.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tojbet's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. tojbet is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
tojbet is not responsible for losses caused by internet outages, third-party data feed errors, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Your personal data is collected, processed, and stored by tojbet in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on tojbet, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
tojbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the tojbet Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which tojbet is operated and licensed. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through tojbet's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
